What is the time duration to process and deliver the 3D lamp?
It generally takes 5-7 days to reach you. It may take a longer time due to the pandemic.
Is an adapter provided?
Yes, an adapter ( USB charging) cord will be provided to charge the lamp.
What is the size?
4x6 inches is the size of the lamp. It is provided with a wooden base. The size is tested and verified.
What percentage of accuracy is provided?
80 - 85% accuracy will be provided
What is the warranty of the lamp?
It depends on how well it's maintained and used.
All our products are eligible for a 7 days warranty for manufacturing defects.
We will provide a replacement at no extra cost, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. External damage, if any, (like due to falling of product or water/moisture damage) is not covered and will be repairable on a chargeable basis only.

Does the acrylic lamp with Spotify song link actually plays the song?
No, it's only for the showcase and to attach the emotion of the song in the memories. You need to provide the song link while placing the order.
What if I want to change the photo and text for an exciting order?
Please mail us at [email protected] within 2 hours of the order placed, since all the orders are processed on the same day, any modifications after two hours can't be done and you will receive the order with previous details.
What type of pictures can be added?
You need to provide us with HD-quality photos.
You need to upload the photo on the website through the link.
If the picture is blurred we will send an email asking you to send us a new image.
You can send the new image on the same mail or you can mail it to [email protected]
Can more than 3 people be added to the lamp?
Yes more than 3 people can be added but the size of the lamp will remain the same which is 4×6 inches. Thus it is recommended to have lesser people on the lamp to make it look attractive.
What is the material of the lamp?
The acrylic lamp is made up of an acrylic sheet. They are tough and unbreakable. They are also safe to use.
