What if I need to cancel?

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us with your name and order ID at [email protected] within 2-4 hours of the purchase. If the order has been processed or dispatched from our end, it cannot be cancelled.
We have an automated flow designed up, all the orders that come to us go in processing within 30 mins to 1-hour duration after the order is received, which enables us to act faster and deliver it to customers as soon as possible.
We suggest only place an order after you are sure of it to avoid hassle at both ends.
All sales at Art Galore at final and cancellation not possible after 1-2 hours of the order placed.
