What is the return policy?

Art Galore will only issue a refund if we are unable to issue a replacement for your product. Replacements are only applicable for defective or damaged products.

Please write to us at [email protected] with images and videos of the defective product, if it gets verified by the team a return pickup will be generated (if it is available for your Pincode) if reverse pickup is not available for your Pincode, you will need to send it back to our workshop.

Once we receive the product, we will inspect it for product quality control including all original packaging and product items including accessories. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your card or original method of payment or any other method by mutual understanding with the customer.

In case of refund, You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card/bank issuer's policies.
